This place is truly worthy of the name "Fireworks Ramen". They greet you with the signature irasshaimase when you come in and you'll feel welcomed! The owner Kenji-san worked on the final fantasy games and it was his childhood dream to open this place! Awesome story dude!!! Waitresses work hard and deliver exceptional service. I'm happy to have stopped by and see why they're a mainstay noodle shop in Clarendon. Ramen is flavorful, the fried appetizers/shareables are crispy, and overall amazing. Would recommend!

Kenji-san brings authenticity to Clarendon's noodle scene. I've been a frequent diner for the past several years and regret that I don't go as often as I used to. The staff such as Satomi-san are extremely polite and have never had one bad experience here. My go to order is always a Tan Tan Men Spicy Pork Ramen. Broth is extremely flavorful and I love my Calpico Soda to enjoy alongside it. Wagamama will NOT put this place out of business!!! Visit this place and experience the small, cozy and welcoming place that is Hanabi Ramen!!! Easily accessible by Clarendon Metro!

We will try other menu next time. Enjoyed curry, karaage is not really tasty but ok. Volume is good.

I've passed this spot a million times but finally stopped in to give it try. It's a pretty quaint spot with a few small tables surrounding one long table which would probably be the only spot for a larger party. I came in around midday on a Saturday so there was a decent amount of customers but nothing too overwhelming. Their menu features appetizers like gyoza, wings, miso salmon and a variety of meal options such as pork, chicken, or teriyaki bento, donburi with several protein options, several ramen options such as spicy and specialty flavors, and udon dishes as well with prices ranging from around $13-$20 depending on the item. I went with the tonkotsu ramen option with spinach, corn, and extra noodles as add on's. The service was good my order was taken quickly and the food was ready promptly as well, and even though there was an minor issue with receiving something I asked to be removed from the dish initially the hostess was nice enough to bring out a few extra pieces of pork for my dish to make up for the error unsolicited. As for the ramen itself excellent: a really tasty broth, noodles cooked perfectly and not overdone, the ingredients were fresh, and the pork is so well cooked it melts in your mouth. All in all one of the more authentic ramen experiences I've had in the area so I highly recommend giving them a try.

Only street parking available but the restaurant was really good. Both of my kids had the Tonkatsu ramen and the wife and I had different versions of the spicy miso ramen. It was so good. I'm a big eater and got the extra noodles but it was too much food. Tasty full depth broth, big chunks of pork and perfectly cooked noodles. What's not to love about that in your soup! Go check it out, was wonderful!

They made a recent change to ordering. On UberEats there are only beverages. I had to use DoorDash to order dishes. Pick up was just as smooth and fast as in the past. Delicious shoyu ramen and the chicken teriyaki bento box. Love the spicy edamame.

This is our favorite ramen spot in Arlington. They have a great selection of ramens, udons, rice dishes and appetizers. We have brought friends and family here and they never leave disappointed. I recommend most things on the menu. The udon is a classic, the broth is light and flavorful and the tempura is perfectly crispy. The ramens are great as well. The donburi is very flavorful if you're in the mood for a rice dish. And don't leave without trying the agedashi tofu, it's lightly battered and comes with a delicious sauce

We came on a Friday night and were immediately seated. We both ordered the karaage bento and it came out really quick. The meat was super juicy and crispy on the outside. Loved the sides it came with as well as the spicy mayo. Service was great! It's a tiny restaurant so we were really close to the people next to us. Definitely a good spot for Japanese

3.6 stars. I got Tsukemen ramen. The broth was really flavorful but I wish it was thicker and it was a lil too salty. The noodles were perfect, good chew and al dente. The egg was not runny, wish it was. The chasu tasted good but I wish they would torch and it wasn't really tender. Overall it was a good ramen spot and I would come back. The waiters were really friendly and the restaurant had good space. The food came out quick.
